The Cub Scouts of Pack 31 Shirley and Pack 32 Ayer have partnered with the Epilepsy Foundation to run a joint clothing drive fundraiser during the month of November and December to benefit their packs. This is a great opportunity to clean out your closet and support local youth!
Donations can be dropped off anytime before Friday, December 13, 2024 at 29 Lawton Rd, in Shirley on the porch next to the garage. All donations must be clean.

Clothes: tops, pants, jeans, shorts, ties, scarves, dresses, skirts, gowns, suits, sweaters, sweats, vests, blazers, tee-shirts, pajamas, socks, tights, belts, uniforms, costumes
Outerwear: coats, jackets, ski pants, mittens, gloves, hats, scarves, rain-gear, bathing suits
Household Items: fabric, fabric scraps, yarn, small throw rugs, towels, wash cloths, shower curtains, bath mats drapes, curtains, sheets, pillow cases, tablecloths, cloth napkins, pot holders, blankets, comforters, duvets, quilts, sofa covers, chair covers, shoes, boots, flip flops, slippers, pocketbooks, backpacks, duffel bags
Textile Recycling: We can accept damaged and stained clothing for textile recycling. All textiles must be unsoiled and not smelly.

How will my donated clothes be handled?
Donated clothes will go to Savers to be resold. Clothes will not be shredded for fibers unless they are poor condition. Clothes will not be sent overseas.
Who benefits from this fundraiser?
The Epilepsy Foundation, Cub Scout Pack 31 and Cub Scout Pack 32 will all benefit from this fundraiser. Funds will support scouting activities in the communities of Ayer and Shirley.

Volunteer adults and scouts are needed to pick up clothing on Sundays. We will also need scouts to load the truck on Saturday, December 14 at 8am.
